Aggregator compliance · Guide
Define the review.
Prepare the evidence.
A useful B2B review starts with a defined business, named requirements, and documents that show how your procedures work in practice.
Agree what is being reviewed.
Describe your aggregation business, the markets you serve, and the activities in scope. Identify the standards and partner requirements you want assessed. An ISO alignment review should name the relevant standard and agreed controls; it is separate from accredited ISO certification.
Collect policies and working evidence.
Prepare current policies, assigned responsibilities, records of the controls you operate, and examples of how exceptions are handled. Include supplier and incident procedures where they fall within the agreed scope. A document alone cannot show whether a process is followed.
Decide what the output should answer.
Agree the review method and deliverables before work begins. Findings should make clear which requirements were examined, what evidence was available, and which questions remain open. This helps your team prioritise follow-up work.
Keep approvals distinct.
A Kankur review does not issue a gambling licence or confer regulatory approval. Operating and supplier permissions depend on the activities and markets involved. Confirm market requirements with the relevant authority and qualified advisers.
